From Baby Weight to "Oh, Baby!"

After my son was born, I lost 40 of the 50# I gained during my pregnancy. While I exercised regularly through my 30's and 40's, I resigned myself to the fact that I would never lose those last 10# and I approached 50.

Then came Shaklee 180. It was easy to substitute the snack bars, tea, smoothies, and meal bars for what I thought were "healthy" foods. After a couple of months, the women at work told me that it looked like I was losing weight. Sure enough, the scale showed I was 10# lighter. I lost 3 inches from my waist and 2 inches from hips --at a time when most women gain weight in those areas!  I have kept the weight off for the last 10 years!
